Returns & Exchanges

 

@amiewolfenden.com is a UK based, handmade to order clothing brand. Every single product available on my website is produced from scratch from my little studio. Once your order is confirmed through the website, I am unable to cancel or make any amendments to your order from the point of order confirmation. Please double check that all the information you have selected (for example size, fabric colour, address details) are all correct before you submit.

All products are handmade to order.

Due to each product being handmade to order I am unable to offer a refund. However, if you have changed your mind I am able to offer an exchange for store credit. Please complete the contact form if you wish to notify me of your exchange. All products that you wish to exchange must be received at my return address no later than 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order, in the original packaging, (including any tags, hygiene strips) and in the same condition that you have received it. Please note shipping charges will be deducted from the credit note amount and return postage will also be responsible by you, the customer. Please keep your receipt safe until I have physically received your return back for the exchange just in case your return goes missing for some reason. You will need your proof of postage to complete a claim with the postal company if this happens. Exchanges will not be accepted if there are any signs of wear, smelling of perfume or make up marks present. Once your parcel has been received the entire exchange process must be completed within 28 days of your original order date. If you return the parcel after the 14 calendar day window, unfortunately I will not be eligible to exchange and your product will be returned to you at the address of your original order. 

Your store credit issued will have a 12 months expiry date from the date you placed your order. Once your exchange has been actioned you will receive an email confirming this with your store credit information included.

Please note that SALE items are none exchangeable.

All orders are thoroughly inspected before they are posted out to you. If in the event an item arrives with you faulty, you have 24 hours of receipt to report this via the contact form on my website - subject section please insert 'faulty item'. I will not be held responsible for faults reported after the 24 hour period of receiving. Photographic evidence will also required. If the product is to be found faulty I will aim to send out a replacement when possible. In some cases I may need you to return the faulty/damaged product back to me, so please do not dispose of any faulty items unless advised to do so by me.
